The morning walk is a great way to meditate using 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 to come to your senses.

What are five things you can see?

What are four things you can hear?

What are three things you can sense?

What are two things you can smell.

What is one thing you can taste?

Feel the rising sun on your face. Listen to the birds waking up in the trees and notice the trembling leaves on the branches. Take a deep breath. Soak in your surroundings.
