Attend the Her Heart Support Network via Zoom directly from Parkview Kosciusko Hospital in Warsaw! This monthly group encourages connection and growth and has monthly topics for discussion. October's topic is all about weight management and the holidays and will be led by a Parkview registered dietitian from Parkview Heart Institute who will provide healthy ideas during the upcoming holiday season.

Moms on the Move

In partnership with the Parkview Warsaw YMCA, Moms on the Move (MOMs) is a six-week prenatal and post-natal fitness program offered at the Downtown Warsaw YMCA. This program features a rotating schedule of cardio, strength and yoga classes tailored to the needs of prenatal and post-natal women, as well as providing valuable nutrition information and even an option for childcare so moms can prioritize their health and well-being while their little ones remain active and engaged nearby. This class is made possible through a grant from Parkview Hospital.

Are you looking for a safe, supportive and nurturing environment where you can learn more or have questions answered about breastfeeding? Sarah Wolfe, BSN, RN, IBCLC, FCN, CPST, Parkview Kosciusko Hospital, leads this helpful support group that meets on the first, third and fifth Wednesday evenings of each month, and every Wednesday morning.

Her Heart Support Network

The Her Heart Support Network is facilitated by trained heart health experts. Our group offers peer support and education to women of all ages who have survived a heart-related event or been diagnosed with heart disease. Learn from one another, build lasting friendships and gain resources from trained heart health advocates.

Connect you with other women who understand your experiences.
Share health information.
Connect you with community resources.

The Her Heart Support Network meets on the second Thursday of each month from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Entrance 10, fifth floor, Conference room 3, at the Parkview Heart Institute.
