Sarah Wolfe, BSN, RN, IBCLC, FCN, CPST, Parkview Kosciusko Hospital, leads this helpful support group that meets on the first, third and fifth Wednesday evenings of each month, and every Wednesday morning.

Moms on the Move

In partnership with the Parkview Warsaw YMCA, Moms on the Move (MOMs) is a six-week prenatal and post-natal fitness program offered at the Downtown Warsaw YMCA. This program features a rotating schedule of cardio, strength and yoga classes tailored to the needs of prenatal and post-natal women, as well as providing valuable nutrition information and even an option for childcare so moms can prioritize their health and well-being while their little ones remain active and engaged nearby. This class is made possible through a grant from Parkview Hospital.

Breastfeeding Support Group (Tuesdays)

Breastfeeding is a journey that is different for everyone. Whether you're a first-time mom or a mom to five, sometimes the journey can be overwhelming. Parkview's lactation consultants help pumping or breastfeeding mothers reach their breastfeeding goals with free support. This group allows for a drop-in style of scheduling – no need to make an appointment, just come during our available times. Stay for a short assessment or the whole hour and make some friends; the choice is yours!

The group meets every Tuesday from 7-8 p.m. in conference room C (entrance 2A).
