This group fitness class is designed for pregnant and postpartum mothers at all stages of pregnancy and recovery. Classes focus on safe, effective movement that supports the changing body while building strength, mobility, endurance, and confidence. Each week features a rotating focus, including core stability and mobility, aerobic conditioning, strength training, and yoga-inspired movement, with all exercises fully adaptable to individual needs and experience levels.
