Medicine in the Garden is a monthly series that focuses on produce in season or being grown in the Parkview Greenhouse. This month, Ali Thomas, RDN, LD, community outreach dietitian and Cole Banter, greenhouse technician, will talk about basil from the growth to harvest, nutritional value and ways to add it to dishes. Join in-person for a taste of basil!

Intro to Air Fryer
