Join us for a monthly mindfulness educational session. For the month of August Dr. Dave will plan to share how “motion is lotion” and how mindful movements can be beneficial to our bodies. Each month, in addition to the Zoom link, a handout on mindfulness and Zoom etiquette will be provided.
