Not sure what to do about a cough, sore throat, or fever? The Symptom Checker is always available. It asks smart questions that change based on your answers. In just a few minutes, it gives you helpful next steps—like self-care, virtual visits, or advice to see your provider.
Virtual Walk-in Clinic
Need care right away? The Virtual Walk-In Clinic is open 24/7, everywhere in the U.S. Just use MyChart to connect by video with a Parkview provider for common issues like rashes, coughs, allergies, or pink eye. No appointment needed, and your provider can see your health history for better care. Available for all ages.
Scheduled video visits

Sometimes, it's helpful to see your provider face-to-face. With Scheduled Video Visits, you can connect by video or phone through MyChart. It's much like an in-person visit—but without the drive or the waiting room.
E-visits
Need treatment—not just advice? Try an E-Visit. For $39 per visit (insurance doesn't matter), you can send your symptoms securely through MyChart. A Parkview provider reviews your answers and sends back a plan within one business day. If an E-Visit isn't right for your concern, your money is refunded, and you'll be guided to other care options.
Another handy telehealth option for Parkview pediatric patients is CincyKids Health Connect. While a MyChart account is not required, it is a great option for when your child is ill from a mobile device or computer.
